Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Smart Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, providing recruitment solutions, and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to provide informed advice and recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets, demonstrating a commitment to delivering results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Agency recruitment experience essential.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Salary and Benefits:

£25,000-£28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus competitive bonus, oncall allowance, and other benefits.
