About the Role

At American Express Global Business Travel, we're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our GRM Air & Ground Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance, revenue optimization, and negotiations support with our airline and ground partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our airline and ground partners to drive performance and revenue growth.
  2. Commercial Insights: Provide leadership and detailed commercial insights to support complex performance improvement initiatives.
  3. Performance Analysis: Review performance of partnerships, identify key risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure optimal results.
  4. Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills, translating complex data into key messages and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Commercial Acumen: Excellent analytical mindset with broad commercial acumen and thought leadership.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to translate complex data into key messages and present to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Influence Management: Strong influence management skills, ability to drive outcomes via teams where we do not have direct control.
  4. Data Analysis: Able to work with data at a detailed level while keeping an eye on the broader strategy.
  5. Experience: 5-7+ years of work experience in an analytical role coupled with relationship management to drive results in support of the preferred supplier partnership.
