About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at City & Capital. As a key member of our Loan Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
  • Work closely with the loan management team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial property lending or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial services and business development principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
