Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Credit Risk Management
    • Assess and manage credit risk for our clients and partners, ensuring that our lending policies and procedures are followed.
    • Develop and implement credit risk management strategies to minimize risk and maximize returns.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, such as development finance, property development, or credit risk management.
  • Skills
    • Strong credit risk management skills, with experience in assessing and managing credit risk.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Strong business development skills, with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear and concise recommendations.
  • Education
    • Minimum A-level or degree-level education in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
