Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team and play a key role in originating new business and managing existing relationships with our clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in property lending and will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service, building strong relationships with our clients and brokers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate new business and manage existing relationships with clients and brokers
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and build strong relationships with clients and brokers
  • Drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with the credit team to structure and negotiate loan applications and proposals
  • Support the portfolio team in carrying out periodic credit reviews and covenant monitoring
  • Build and maintain relationships with key professionals, including clients, brokers, solicitors, and valuers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property lending and relationship management
  • Strong business development skills and broad market knowledge
  • Existing network of brokers and introducers
  • Strong credit track record and in-depth knowledge of credit and lending to businesses
  • Knowledge of risk management, core lending, and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
