About the Role:

S&P Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Relationship Management Representative to join our Investment Management Community team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate revenue generation from existing and new clients, leveraging your expertise in sales and relationship management.
  2. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on global competitive and regulatory landscapes, and their impact on the Investment Management Community, to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  3. Client Account Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute client-specific account plans, addressing client segment challenges and opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
  4. Product Positioning: Work with Sales Leadership, Business Line Heads, Product Leads, and Marketing to develop strategies that position S&P Global's products and services optimally, increasing client penetration, asset classes, and overall volume.
  5. CRM Utilization: Leverage our CRM system to proactively initiate communication and coordination across segments, driving our selling efforts and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
