Where You'll Make an Impact

As a Casual Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing various departments, including pools, fitness, sales, and reception, to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Effectively manage and supervise staff members across different departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient running of all facilities, maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial administration tasks, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budget monitoring.
What We're Looking For

We seek a highly organized and motivated individual with proven experience in a leisure or fitness environment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Pool Plant Operator Qualification (PPO)

A First Aid qualification is desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, plus holiday relief pay allowance. Casual shifts are available, providing flexibility to balance work with other commitments.
