Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre is a vibrant leisure facility located in the heart of Teddington. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Casual Duty Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Casual Duty Manager to support our management team in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and staffed to provide a great customer experience.
  • Support the management team in achieving centre goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a leisure or sporting environment.
  • A sporting or recreation qualification.
  • Strong financial, administrative, and customer service skills.
  • A good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
