Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre is a vibrant leisure facility located in the heart of Teddington. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Casual Duty Manager to join our management team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Casual Duty Manager to support all departments at our leisure centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and staffed to provide a great customer experience.
  • Support all departments, including Pools, Fitness, Sales, and Reception.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • National Pool Lifeguard qualification (essential).
  • Pool Plan Operator qualification (essential).
  • Strong financial, administrative, and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
