About Us

Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre is a vibrant leisure facility that offers a range of activities and services to the local community. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our management team as a Casual Duty Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure the smooth operation of the centre
  • Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and staffed to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Support all departments to achieve their goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leisure or sporting environment
  • National Pool Lifeguard qualification and Pool Plan Operator qualification
  • Strong financial, administrative, and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of health and safety issues and diversity and equality in employment and provision of service
