About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Casual Duty Manager to join our team at Richmond and Wandsworth Councils. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting all departments to ensure the smooth operation of our leisure facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a safe environment for all visitors.
  • Previous experience of working in a leisure or sporting environment is essential, with a sporting or recreation qualification also required.
  • Strong financial, administrative, and customer service skills are necessary for this role, as well as a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a safe environment for all visitors.

Requirements

  • National Pool Lifeguard qualification and Pool Plan Operator qualification are essential for this role.
  • A First Aid qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong financial, administrative, and customer service skills are necessary for this role.
