About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Franchise Revenue Services Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Franchise Revenue Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting hotel operations and ensuring that revenue and profit are maximised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Multiple Hotels: Oversee multiple hotels and provide support to hotel operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyse Performance: Analyse competitive performance through the use of market share tools and make recommendations to hotels.
  • Develop Revenue Management Strategies: Work closely with hotel teams to develop effective revenue management strategies and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years Revenue Management Experience: Proven experience in revenue management, with a strong understanding of revenue management concepts, tactics, and processes.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate hotel teams to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make recommendations based on analysis.
