Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager Consultant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Franchise Revenue Services team, you will be responsible for providing revenue management support to our franchise hotels across the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of revenue management concepts, tactics, and processes, as well as experience working with multiple brands. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel General Managers and revenue managers.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $80,000-$100,000, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide revenue management support to franchise hotels, including training and coaching on Marriott's Systems (MARSHA, One Yield, and property management systems).
  • Analyse competitive performance using market share tools and make recommendations to hotels.
  • Communicate weekly system-generated transient forecasts to hotel teams and conduct weekly Sales Strategy calls with General Managers and key property staff.
  • Ensure that hotel sales strategies are effectively implemented in inventory systems, managing room authorisations, rates, and restrictions.
Requirements
  • A college degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of revenue management experience, preferably with multiple brands.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make recommendations based on analysis.
  • Possesses strong deductive reasoning, attention to detail, and follows through to conclusion.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to work independently in a multi-task environment.
