We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Franchise Sales Manager. This role will involve driving the growth of our franchise network by identifying new franchise opportunities and successfully recruiting new franchise partners.
About the Role:
- Drive Franchise Sales Growth: Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities in the UK and Ireland, conducting market research and financial analysis as needed.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential franchisees, existing franchisees, and strategic partners.
- Oversee Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract signing.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Represent Company: Represent the company at industry trade shows nationally and internationally.
About You:
- A proven track record of success in franchise sales, with at least 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the franchising industry, including best practices, trends, and regulations in the UK market.
Key Requirements:
- Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 plus uncapped OTE (£15,000+),
- Location: London, with travel required throughout the UK and Ireland,
