Incredible Fitness Brand is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join their team as a Franchise Sales Manager in the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive business growth and be part of a dynamic team.
About the Role:- This role involves driving franchise sales across the UK and Ireland, overseeing all aspects of the franchise sales process, and identifying new franchise opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise sales, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Qualifying and nurturing incoming leads, driving new leads by identifying and evaluating potential franchise opportunities in the UK and Ireland.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including potential franchisees, existing franchisees, and strategic partners.
- Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract signing.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Representing the company at industry trade shows nationally and internationally.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and franchise regulations to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's franchise offering value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales and operations.
- A minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in franchise sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the franchising industry, including best practices, trends, and regulations in the UK market.
- Ability to analyse market data, financial statements, and other relevant information to evaluate franchise opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend industry events.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £56,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
