About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Franchise Sales Manager in UK and Ireland.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving franchise sales across the UK and Ireland, overseeing all aspects of the franchise sales process. Your primary goal will be to drive the growth of our franchise network by identifying new franchise opportunities and successfully recruiting new franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and nurture incoming leads, as well as drive new leads by identifying and evaluating potential franchise opportunities in the UK and Ireland, conducting market research and financial analysis as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential franchisees, existing franchisees, and strategic partners.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract signing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, nationally and internationally.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and franchise regulations to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's franchise offering, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales and operations.
About You:
- You should have a proven track record of success in franchise sales, with at least 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the franchising industry, including best practices, trends, and regulations in the UK market.
- Ability to analyse market data, financial statements, and other relevant information to evaluate franchise opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend industry events.
What We Offer:
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus an additional £15,000+ uncapped OTE (On Target Earnings). A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, is also provided.
