Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Relationship Manager to join our team. As part of this role, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of international high-profile commercial relationships and have full P&L responsibility.

  • Shaping and delivering successful JBPs, Pricing and Promotional Strategies as well as managing account budgets and investment.
  • Onboarding new franchise partners and having full P&L ownership for partners, focusing on building long-lasting relationships with key contacts within key partners.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of partners and their consumers, identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • P&L responsibility for a portfolio of international high-profile commercial relationships.
  • Full ownership for onboarding new franchise partners.
  • Responsibility for shaping and delivering successful JBPs, Pricing and Promotional Strategies.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Relationship Manager with a proven track record in the consumer sector, ideally within leisure or hospitality. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Developed P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, able to communicate and influence stakeholders.
  • Good insight and data analysis skills, able to action opportunities to drive profit.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, able to work independently on your own initiative.
