Customer Success Operations Manager

As a Customer Success Operations Manager at Amazon, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Support team and lead efforts to maximize sales support systems and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing mechanisms to improve customer adoption and retention, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and change management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy & operations, with experience in CRM implementation, variable compensation, and revenue reporting. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
