Job Title: International P2P Administrator

The Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre (BSC) is a key component of our global operations, providing administrative support functions and customer excellence. As an International P2P Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of transactions and maintaining compliance with our robust auditable working practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing our First Line Support model where implemented.
  • Process all transactional activities through the relevant workflow tool, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate processes and controls, supporting the team in maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Effectively escalate non-standard requests or issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work within agreed SLA's on a right-first-time basis, maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate records to enable correct reporting, embracing department and wider BSC initiatives and personal development.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets, positively supporting change and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a drive to support others.
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Excel) skills.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Compliance with all aspects of the Heidelberg Materials Compliance Policy.
  • Adherence to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Company Safety Policy.
  • Update knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness.
  • Compliance with all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company.
Education/Qualification:
  • 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) C and above.
  • Fluent French language required.
