Job Summary

The Heidelberg Materials International Business Service Centre (BSC) is a key business unit that provides administrative support functions and customer excellence to the company. As an International P2P Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely payments to suppliers, maintaining robust auditable working practices, and delivering maximum service accuracy to all countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders using our First Line Support model.
  • Transaction Processing
    • Process all transactional activities through the relevant workflow tool.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with appropriate processes and controls, supporting the team to keep documentation up to date.
    • Ensure effective escalation for non-standard requests or issues.
  • Accuracy and Efficiency
    • Accurately work within agreed SLA's on a right first time basis.
  • Integrity and Confidentiality
    • Work with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Keep appropriate records to enable correct reporting.

    • Embrace department and wider BSC initiatives and personal development.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal Skills
    • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the drive and flexibility to support others.

    • Have basic Microsoft Office (Excel) skills.

    • Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Compliance and Safety

    • Ensure that all business/operations are performed in accordance with instructions and procedures and in such a way so as to prevent any fraudulent activities taking place.
    • Comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and observe the requirements of the Company Safety Policy and other relevant legislation.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Hold 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) C and above.
    • Be fluent in French language.
