Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized International BSC Administrator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials AG. As a key member of our Business Service Centre, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, meeting or exceeding processing targets.
  • Provide timely and meaningful responses to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring their queries are professionally handled.
  • Ensure all processes are run in accordance with our training and documentation, and that all controls are adhered to.
  • Educate customers and stakeholders on our policies and procedures, and escalate any issues or hurdles to line management.
  • Highlight areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks to line management, and support on Continuous Improvement implementation projects when requested.
Financial & Non-Financial Accountabilities

As an International BSC Administrator, you will be responsible for providing services to various Heidelberg Materials AG companies and geographies, consistently meeting personal processing targets, and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

Compliance

The role holder is expected to:

  • Comply with all aspects of the Heidelberg Materials Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all business/operations are performed in accordance with instructions and procedures, and in such a way so as to prevent any fraudulent activities taking place.
  • Comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and observe the requirements of the Company Safety Policy and other relevant legislation.
  • Proactively manage health & safety of employees to continuously improve the company's health & safety performance.
  • Update all areas of knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness, and attend training/development courses as and when required.
  • Comply with all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company.
Education/Qualification
  • Fluent French language required.
  • Experience within an office, administration, or P2P role.
