About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Accounts Administrator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials AG. As a key member of our Shared Service Centre, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support functions and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing our First Line Support model where implemented.
  • Process all transactional activities through the relevant workflow tool, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate processes and controls, supporting the team to maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Effectively escalate non-standard requests or issues, providing timely and professional solutions.
  • Work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on a right-first-time basis, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Keep accurate records to enable correct reporting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Embrace departmental and wider SSC initiatives, driving personal development and growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
  • Support the team and department in change and innovation, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a drive to support others and deliver exceptional results.
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Excel) skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
