We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Accounts Administrator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials AG. As a key member of our Shared Service Centre, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support functions and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, utilizing our First Line Support model where implemented.
- Transaction Processing: Process all transactional activities through the relevant workflow tool, ensuring accuracy and compliance with appropriate processes and controls.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant processes and controls, supporting the team to maintain up-to-date documentation and effectively escalating non-standard requests or issues.
- SLA Management: Accurately work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on a right-first-time basis.
- Confidentiality and Integrity: Maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records to enable correct reporting and support business decisions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the drive and flexibility to support others.
- Technical Skills: Have basic Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel.
- Data Entry: Demonstrate excellent data entry skills.
- Communication: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
