About the RoleThis role involves managing rural estates, undertaking rent reviews, and seeking business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as senior asset manager for estate management clients.
- Managing diverse rural assets, including rent reviews and lease negotiations.
- Ensuring achievement of key client deliverables and adherence to internal and client process and compliance standards.
- Seeking opportunities leading to business growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- MRICS qualified rural surveyor experience.
- Demonstrated team leadership potential and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Possessed a composed manner, good time management, and ability to prioritize workloads.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible approach to work and hours undertaken, with an understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion.
We offer a competitive salary range £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus private medical cover, 27 days annual leave + public holidays, health screening, wellbeing support, pension, company car allowance, life assurance, group income protection, and long term disability insurance.
