Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our team as a Senior Associate Director in North Scotland. As a key member of our Rural Land Management and Consultancy team, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse range of rural assets and working closely with colleagues across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To act as senior asset manager for a key estate management client, ensuring the effective management of their rural assets.
  • Manage a diverse range of rural assets, including rent reviews, lease negotiations, dispute resolution, and strategic objectives progression.
  • Ensure the achievement of key client deliverables through effective project management and communication.
  • Adhere to internal and client process and compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Pursue opportunities to leverage your expertise and develop new business for the wider team.

Person Specification:

  • A competent and experienced professional with a strong background in managing significant portfolios of rural assets.
  • Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to manage, delegate, and supervise effectively.
  • The capacity to prioritize workloads and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude, with a desire to grow the profile and performance of the wider business.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • MRICS qualified, preferably with a focus on Rural Pathway and significant post-qualification experience.
  • CAAV/SAAVA membership or qualification is advantageous.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
