About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Information and System Data Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Information and System Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data related to asset management, particularly within our enterprise asset management system, Maximo.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the construction of planned maintenance within IBM Maximo and the continuous development of the asset register.
  2. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the agreed quality standard.
  3. Prepare all required data to ensure integrity and validation, while developing, manipulating, and mapping final deliverable load files.
  4. Monitor the performance of vendors and other direct suppliers in their contractual conformance with regard to data deliverables.
  5. Provide effective reporting from related systems to provide timely and accurate performance indicators and information on emerging trends within the asset data.
