We're seeking a highly skilled Data Carbon Management Expert to join our Commercial Carbon team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role in helping us achieve our ambitious target of Beyond Net Zero by 2040.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Carbon Management Expert, you'll be responsible for managing the carbon quantifications of projects, leading analysis on programme and project carbon performance, and ensuring that carbon reduction is holistically embedded within the Capital Investment directorate.

You'll mentor and manage Carbon Specialists and Carbon Data Specialists, as well as collaborate with other carbon teams within Capital Investment and across Scottish Water to embed carbon reduction.

  • Develop and implement robust carbon quantification processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Analyse project carbon performance and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Mentor and support Carbon Specialists and Carbon Data Specialists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a range of benefits, including a defined benefits pension scheme, life assurance, and generous holiday entitlement.
