We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Strategic Leader to join our client's senior management team at Global Highland Limited.

As a key member of the executive team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's long-term strategic vision and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating an environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated to contribute to the company's success.
  • Spearheading initiatives that drive employee retention, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive HR programs that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
