Role Overview

Galliford Try is looking for a Construction Operations Leader to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension plan, cycle-to-work scheme, and private medical insurance.

About the Role

  • Management of site-based construction works, including planning, programming, and coordination of resources
  • Ensuring temporary and permanent works are delivered in accordance with design specifications
  • Careful material and plant management to meet programme and financial targets
  • Assistance in planning and programming with site engineering teams
  • Participation in site discipline meetings to aid effective coordination and delivery of the works
