Estate Development Director sought for Retail Management Services in Inverness.

As Estate Development Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic plans for rural estates.

Key responsibilities will include acting as senior asset manager for estate management clients, reporting to and working closely with senior colleagues, ensuring achievement of key client deliverables, adherence to internal and client process and compliance standards, and seeking opportunities leading to business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rural asset management, with experience of delivering work across a range of projects. They will be MRICS qualified, preferably with the Rural pathway, and have 2-3 years PQE.
