We are seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer to join our Inverness office and work on a variety of rural business matters. As a key member of the team, you will advise clients on issues such as estate sales, forestry, and rural land transactions.
Your strong understanding of Scottish law and its complexities will enable you to provide expert advice on issues such as crofting, agricultural holdings, and natural capital projects. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years PQE and a genuine interest in the rural sector. They will be committed to delivering the highest level of client care and service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
