Our Rural Land Management team is responsible for managing a portfolio of rural estates across Scotland. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Estate and Property Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience in estate, farm and property management, with excellent financial business skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The key responsibilities of this role include undertaking a wide range of estate, farm and property management tasks, providing professional advice to private, commercial and institutional clients, liaising with tenants, contractors and other client stakeholders, managing risks and hazards associated with rural assets, supporting the team in delivering and planning maintenance, improvement and compliance works, managing budgets and financial planning, prioritizing effectively and working to high standards under pressure, building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders, and utilizing Microsoft software and adapting to new software packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking a wide range of estate, farm and property management tasks
- Providing professional advice to private, commercial and institutional clients
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and other client stakeholders
- Managing risks and hazards associated with rural assets
- Supporting the team in delivering and planning maintenance, improvement and compliance works
- Managing budgets and financial planning
- Prioritizing effectively and working to high standards under pressure
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders
- Utilizing Microsoft software and adapting to new software packages
Requirements:

- An appreciation for health, safety and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft software and ability to learn new software packages
- Relevant formal training or undergraduate/postgraduate degree
- Practical on-site experience from a rural business
- An entrepreneurial attitude and aspiration to contribute to business growth
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus company car allowance, pension scheme, life assurance at 8 x basic salary, group income protection, long term disability insurance, interest free season ticket loan, bonus scheme and share incentive plan.
