An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join our esteemed Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in North Scotland as a Senior Estate Professional.

About the Role

This pivotal position will be primarily focused on estate and property management, working closely with colleagues across various teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of rural assets, undertaking rent reviews, lease negotiations, and resolving disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as senior asset manager for key clients, reporting to and working closely with senior colleagues;
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of rural assets, including let farms, residential property, and other rural assets;
  • Ensuring achievement of key client deliverables and adherence to internal and client process standards;

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with expertise in managing significant portfolios of rural assets, particularly let farms and residential property. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, people leadership abilities, and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Requirements:

  • Relevant undergraduate/postgraduate degree or equivalent;
  • MRICS qualified, preferably with a good amount of PQE;
  • Certified Agriculture Valuer (CAV) qualification an advantage.
