Rural Property Specialist

As a Rural Property Specialist, you will be working on a wide variety of projects related to renewable energy in the Highlands and Islands.

The work is varied and interesting, including offshore windfarms, waste energy developments, solar farms, and biomass projects.

You should have a minimum of 1 year's previous rural property experience, which should include dealing with large properties, estates, and forestry work. There may also be some residential property conveyancing from time to time.

A keen interest in rural work and strong residential conveyancing experience are also highly valued.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £35,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their teeth into a wide variety of work within the rural property sector.
