Rural Land Expert

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate Director to join our team in North Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of rural assets, working closely with colleagues across various teams to achieve key client deliverables. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as senior asset manager for a key estate management client, ensuring the effective management of their rural assets.
- Managing a diverse range of rural assets, including rent reviews, lease negotiations, dispute resolution, and strategic objectives progression.
- Ensuring the achievement of key client deliverables through effective project management and communication.
- Adhering to internal and client process and compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Pursuing opportunities to leverage your expertise and develop new business for the wider team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in rural land management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- MRICS qualified, preferably with a focus on Rural Pathway and significant post-qualification experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage, delegate, and supervise effectively.
- A valid driving license is essential.

- A highly competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
