Rural Surveyor Team Lead

About the Role:
Inverness, Scotland is a picturesque location for this exciting opportunity as a Rural Surveyor Team Lead with Hunter Dunning Limited. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our rural surveying team and contribute to the success of our clients in the region. As a Senior Associate Rural Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and providing expert advice on rural land surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and oversee all aspects of rural land surveys.
- To mentor and develop junior staff members.
- To provide expert advice on rural land survey best practices.
- To ensure high-quality deliverables are met within project deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rural land surveying, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. A Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field is required. Proficiency in CAD software and experience with GPS technology is preferred. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of Scottish survey laws and regulations. We offer competitive salaries ranging from £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
