Rural Professional for Estate Management and Land Services

Bidwells LLP is seeking an experienced Rural Surveyor to join their growing team in the Highlands. As a key member of the Estate Management and Professional (EM&P) team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the region, working closely with our Inverness and Fort William offices.
Salary DetailsWe offer a competitive salary, which is dependent on experience, reflecting the high level of expertise required for this role. For the right candidate, we expect the salary to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on market rates for similar positions in Scotland.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour primary duties will involve collaborating with the EM&P team, working on various projects related to rural land services. You will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice on rural estate management
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for land use optimization
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals
You will also have opportunities to work on other initiatives, such as agricultural development, conservation efforts, and community engagement projects.
