Rural Estates Manager - Strutt & Parker LLP
About the RoleThe role combines senior asset management and team work, with responsibilities including:
- Acting as senior asset manager for estate management clients, working closely with senior colleagues.
- Managing diverse rural assets, undertaking rent reviews, lease negotiations, and resolving disputes.
- Ensuring achievement of key client deliverables and adhering to internal and client process and compliance standards.
- Seeking opportunities leading to business growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- MRICS qualified rural surveyor experience.
- Demonstrated team leadership potential, building relationships with clients and generating new opportunities.
- Possessed a composed manner, good time management, and ability to prioritize workloads.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible approach to work and hours undertaken, with an understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion.
We offer a competitive salary range £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, private medical cover, 27 days annual leave + public holidays, health screening, wellbeing support, pension, company car allowance, life assurance, group income protection, and long term disability insurance. The position is based in Inverness, Scotland.
