About the Role:
Strutt & Parker LLP seeks an experienced Quality Management Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality management and leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement quality control processes to ensure client satisfaction
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality advice and transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
  • Manage budgets to achieve financial targets

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in quality management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold a full, valid driving license
