We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation. In this exciting new role, you will play a critical part in shaping our organisation's reward and compensation strategies, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation, will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing reward and compensation policies and procedures.
  • Analysing market data and making recommendations to enhance our total rewards package.
  • Working closely with HR and other departments to ensure consistency across all aspects of employee recognition and financial rewards.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in reward and compensation, ideally within a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
