We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation. In this exciting new role, you will play a critical part in shaping our organisation's reward and compensation strategies, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with our business goals.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager, Reward and Compensation, will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing reward and compensation policies and procedures.
- Analysing market data and making recommendations to enhance our total rewards package.
- Working closely with HR and other departments to ensure consistency across all aspects of employee recognition and financial rewards.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in reward and compensation, ideally within a similar industry or sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- £75k - £85k basic salary.
- Bonus scheme.
