Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy's modern mental health treatment unit. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of patients with complex mental health needs.

Key responsibilities include managing the therapy team, providing guidance and supervision to junior staff, and ensuring the smooth delivery of occupational, therapeutic, and recreational activities and interventions. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of mental health issues, and experience working in healthcare settings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration
