Job Description: Therapy Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Therapy Assistant to join our team at the Neuro Therapy Centre, based near Chester.

The successful candidate will work alongside qualified professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex neurological conditions and rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exercise-based interventions and therapies;
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
  • Providing excellent patient care and support, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Key requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or fitness setting (preferable);
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
