About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Allianz. In this role, you will be responsible for handling warranty and service plan claims via our online claims portal. You will work closely with our client's retailer network, providing technical expertise and support to ensure seamless claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess claims in-line with warranty policy terms and conditions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage claims proactively
  • Monitor claims to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution
  • Handle incoming calls and ensure efficient communication with retailers and customers
  • Identify and initiate potential recoveries from 3rd parties
  • Maintain product and technical knowledge, sharing developments and issues with colleagues
  • Handle regulated complaints in accordance with FCA guidelines

About You:

  • You will have a thorough understanding of motor vehicle technology and technical qualifications equivalent to City and Guilds Motor Vehicle Technician
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with retailers, clients, and customers
  • Previous experience in a warranty department would be an advantage
  • Education to GCSE standard or equivalent, including English and Maths
