Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at Venesky Brown. This is a challenging role that requires a strategic thinker who can manage the complexities of HR operations while contributing to business discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations, overseeing training and development programs that support employees and management teams across various UK locations.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of employee recognition programs, highlighting exceptional performance and contributions.
  • Support the Head of People in responding to employee feedback, developing actionable strategies, and providing analytics on performance-related data.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong administrative experience with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
