Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive best-in-class people management operations, foster an inclusive culture, and deliver impactful HR strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in HR, including employee engagement, organisational design, and business change management. They will be responsible for leading a talented HR operations team, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring that people processes are effective, compliant, and future-focused.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

What You Will Do:

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to provide strategic people support and guidance.
  • Leading the HR operations team to deliver high performance, professional development, and employee engagement.
  • Supporting leaders through organisational change to ensure engagement and successful transformation.
