About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic HR Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Strategic HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing projects that align with the People Strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and project management, with experience in leading strategic projects and developing policies.

You will work closely with the HR team to advance people accreditations, co-lead the EDI Working Group, and prepare reports on key metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to think critically and innovatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is around £42,500 per annum.
