Role Overview

We are seeking a talented HR Project Development Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh. As an HR Project Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing projects that drive the People Strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and project management, with experience in leading strategic projects and developing policies.

You will work closely with the HR team to advance people accreditations, co-lead the EDI Working Group, and prepare reports on key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement projects that align with the People Strategy.
  • Oversee and progress organisation-wide People accreditations.
  • Co-lead the EDI Working Group.

The salary range for this position is £41,000 - £46,000 per annum.
