About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist – HR Division

£45,000 - £55,000 + 25% Commission + Benefits

Flexible working arrangement available.

PB Select is seeking an experienced HR recruiter to spearhead a brand-new division. The successful candidate will focus on building relationships and developing new ones in the buoyant FMCG, supply chain, and procurement sectors.

You will join a well-established recruitment business expanding into the HR sector. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist driving this new division, you'll work closely with clients across various industries, including essential FMCG, supply chain, procurement, and engineering.

The role involves recruiting mid-to-senior level HR professionals for key positions shaping organisational strategy and culture. Roles may include:

  • HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Managers and HR Directors
  • Specialists in L&D, DE&I, Organisational Development and Change Management
