Enterprise Sales Director

This role offers the opportunity to manage and embed yourself in a region with a combination of established and growth accounts across Liverpool, Chester, Warrington, and Crewe.
Job DescriptionAs an External Business Development Manager (EBDM), you'll be joining our highly regarded, high-performance retail sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a regional sales strategy to retain, grow, and develop relationships with a network of Financial Advisers and Private Banks to maximise sales opportunities for our investment products.
- Collaborating with Internal Business Development Managers to create and deliver a regional business plan, ensuring your region's strategic directions are met by developing pipeline and closing opportunities.
- Understanding complex solutions and communicating them effectively to Financial Advisers.
- Communicating and working effectively with Fund Managers and Business Line Managers to ensure products and messaging are aligned with our customers.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in high-quality delivery in a business development role, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
- Proven results delivering growth through existing relationships, as well as the ability to attract and cement new business relationships.
- High-quality interpersonal skills which emanate honesty and integrity.
