Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of sales strategies across multiple product lines, aligning with business objectives and market trends
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Oversee the management of a talented regional sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members excel in their roles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging insights from market research and competitor analysis

About You:

  • You possess extensive experience working with complex software solutions, including on-premises and cloud-based systems
  • A successful track record of managing long sales cycles within Enterprise Clients, with a deep understanding of their needs and pain points
  • A strong background in energy tech is highly desirable, as well as experience selling into the Oil and Gas industry
  • You bring a results-driven approach, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset, making you an ideal fit for this role
  • Bachelor's degree required

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £140,000 per annum
